This is an important song to me. A culmination of years of learning in love, sometimes learning the hard way.

It's presented playfully, but obviously the themes run deep.

Love doesn't have to be painful to be powerful, is the take home message for me. I hope you already know this.

My experience with narcissistic behaviours has been incredibly debilitating and has taken years to recover from.

I also acknowledge that at times I have likely embodied narcissistic behaviours and really hurt the ones I love, for that I am forever sorry.
